Starters

Chicken Liver Pate with Oatcakes
Smooth chicken liver pate served with oatcakes and My Passion Red Onion Chutney. This can be adapted to gluten free.

Smoked Mackerel Pate
Arbroath smokies are used to make this delicious pate. Served with pitta breads and rocket. This dish can be adapted to Gluten friendly.

Goats Cheese and red onion tart
Soft shortcrust pastry base layered with caramelised red onions and topped with soft goats cheese. Served with a bed of rocket.

Scallops in a white wine butter sauce
Fresh scallops marinated in a white wine and shallot sauce, ready to be seared in a hot pan for ultimate freshness. As shown a £3 surcharge for this dish.

Bruschetta duo
Try this amazing duo. Classic tomato and garlic accompanied by one of my special recipes from Tuscany. Italian sausage and Mozzarella cheese with rocket salad and lemon. This dish can be adapted to Gluten Friendly.

Creamy Garlic mushrooms on Ciabatta
Mushroom and garlic.....what's not to like? Topped on fresh toasted ciabatta bread and served with rocket and red onion salad. This dish can be adapted to Gluten friendly.

Gambas al ajilo
Prawns with fresh garlic and a hint of chilli and herbs. Marinated over night to ready to add to a hot pan before serving. Comes with Ciabatta bread. This dish can be adapted to Gluten Friendly.


Mains

Stuffed pork loin with a creamy mustard sauce
Stuffed pork loin with apple and black pudding and wrapped in bacon with a honey glaze. Served with fondant potatoes, chantey carrots and a creamy mustard sauce.

Fish tacos with pineapple salsa
Mexican style fish served with soft tortilla wraps, fresh pineapple salsa and corn chips with guacamole. This dish can be adapted to Gluten Friendly.

Sweet potato and cauliflower tacos with pineapple salsa
Roasted sweet potato and cauliflower roasted in Mexican spices with freshly made pineapple and chilli salsa. Served in mini flour tortillas.

Aubergine, coconut and onion curry
Chunks of aubergine in a rich tomato and coconut curried sauce with caramelized onions. Comes with rice and naan bread and to adapt to a gluten friendly version the naan bread will be replaced with poppadoms.

Chicken Parmigiana and roasted potatoes
Breaded chicken breast topped with a rich Italian tomato sauce and fresh mozzarella. Served with mini roast potatoes in garlic and rosemary and sauteed green beans.

Honey and nut crumb rack of lamb
Rack of lamb with a hazelnut and honey crumb coating. Served with dauphinoise potatoes, wilted spinach and a red wine jus. A £5 Supplement applies for this dish. Please note this dish contains nuts.

Who doesn't love a warm chocolate fondant? Deliciously rich and creamy. served with homemade vanilla ice-cream.

Steamed Jam Pudding
Individual steamed jam pudding. Defrost for an hour and steam from fresh.

Pavlova with seasonal fruits
Meringue topped with soft cream and seasonal fruits.

Lemon Posset with shortbread.
A lovely way to finish a meal, light and fresh lemon posset with homemade shortbread and fresh raspberries. The lemon posset is Gluten Free, however the shortbread isn't suitable for gluten free diners.

Ginger chocolate cheesecake
Ginger chocolate cheesecake topped with white chocolate shards and served with a vanilla infused pouring cream.
